BREAKING NEWS - 24 MAY 2011 - BRADSHAW ANOUNCES CHANGES

Josh Bradshaw today anounced a major shake up to AFC Derbyshire, the manager said the following in an interview....
'' I feel club is going off track, although we are winning matches, and picking up more points than ever, i feel some of the passion for AFC Derbyshire has gone. Each team member used to care about the club, and take pride in wearing the shirt. I remember our first ever cup final and how much it meant to the club. I intend to get that pasion back, i may have to sack some players, but we will get back to the glory days, i will get this football club back ''
Later today Josh the relased the following key points and changes to the club:
  • We will have ONE kit, this will be our permanent kit. The kit has been chosen as DONCASTER ROVERS (This was the shirt we wore in our first ever cup win)
  • I will nominate a Man Of The Night, this will be the outstanding player of each night. The player will get there name on the AFC Derbyshire facebook page.
  • I will no longer criticise players directly, the player in question will receive feedback from me in private chats, this will boost morale.
  • After every match there will be praise handed out for every player and what they have done wel in the match.
  • The following have been banned - Blue/Green/White hair, Sock tape, Coloured boots. Back to the standard ways.
Josh Believes these changes will benefit the club for the future.
